ABOUT THE AUTHOR

From bankruptcy in 1994

to building generations.

Terry A. Johal began his entrepreneurial journey with nothing but conviction — laid off from IBM during the dot-com bust with no background in financial services and a personal bankruptcy behind him. Twenty-five years later, he leads one of North America's most decorated personal franchise organizations.

His book is the codification of that journey — not as inspiration, but as instruction. Every chapter is a piece of doctrine forged through repetition, refinement, and the discipline of teaching others to do the same.

This is the apprenticeship he never had. He is determined the next generation will not have to build without one.

The Book

A doctrine, not a manifesto

"In an industry saturated with income claims and lifestyle marketing, Terry draws a firm line:

structure, not shortcuts. Supervision, not speed. That line is the foundation of durable institutions."

— Satish Verma · Foreword

i

MD Club™

The seed. Warm-market activation, 3 recruits, 30-day momentum, the Gold Brick foundation. The entry into the entrepreneur identity.

ii

NexGen90™ / ITP

The engine. The 90-day compounding cycle, the rule of 72, the teaching gate. Every cycle doubles what came before.

iii

Income & Royalties

The legacy. Override income, ring qualifications, and the financial inheritance for the next generation. Wealth that pays forward.

Talent starts businesses.

Discipline builds them.

— Terry Avtar Singh Johal

P

Persistence

SHOW UP AFTER SETBACK

Persistence is what you do after the rejection, the failed exam, the agent who quit. Not grit in a motivational sense — the refusal to let a bad week break a good system.

C

Consistency

SAME THING. EVERY CYCLE

Consistency is the enemy of drama. Run the system the same way in Month 1 as in Month 12 — whether you feel like it or not. It's what makes the doctrine teachable.

F

Focus on the Process

WATCH THE PLAYS, NOT THE SCOREBOARD

Obsess over the 3 recruits this week, the appointments today, the training tonight — not the monthly number. The scoreboard takes care of itself when the process is clean.
